At Tonic the Method, we are committed to providing you with exceptional high-tech wellness treatments. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy, which also applies to our monthly membership services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Please review the details and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows you to relax and complete any necessary forms.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and extensions beyond the scheduled time cannot be provided.
30 minutes after your appointment, if we don’t hear from you via text or call, we have the right to see other clients who may want a treatment.
We request at least 24 or 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.
For our monthly membership clients, the same cancellation rules apply:
Appointments booked under the monthly membership plan are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined above.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to accommodate you accordingly.
